TO-DAY’S ECLIPSE.
To-day will see the long-looked for event in scientific circles—the eclipse of the sun. Nowhere will it last more than six minutes. In New Zealand (Wellington) the eclipse will be a partinl one, and only partly visible. It will begin at 4.52 p.m., local time, totality taking place at 5.45 p.m.
