QUESTION OF PHOSPHATE RIGHTS. DENIAL OF ALLEGATIONS. GENEVA, Sept. 13. The sub-committee, Dr. Nansen presiding, passed a resolution on Lord R. Cecil’s motion, Sir Francis • Bell and Mr Justice Rich supixirting, denying the Mandate. Commission s allegations that liiit.iiu. Australia and New Zealand had reserved to themselves the phosphate rights. It ianiicipated that there will be another figlu when the sub-committee’s report reaches the full committee. —A. and N.Z. cable.
