ROYAL PICTURES.
A delightful story of the romantic days of Spanish glory, alive with tempestuous love and intrigue that characterise the Latin race —this is “Serenade” which is to be shown at the Royal Theatre to-night. One is swept along by the swiftly moving story, which grips the attention at the start and never allows it to relax. The settings «jre simply remarkable. Mii’iam Cooper and George Walsh play the leads and are supported by an excellent cast. Extra: “Winners of the West.” Comedy, “Nothing like it’.’ . Places fid and 1/1; childi’en half pi-iee. A curious bronze idol plays quite an important part in the Stoll photoplay adapted from E. Phillip Oppenheiin’s well-known hook, “The Amazing Partnership,” to he shown oil Monday night. Don’t fail to see this costly and remarkable picture. Prices as usual.
