REVOLUTION IN SIBERIA. TOKIO, Sept-. 1. Confidential code despatches from Si beria sFate that the Trans-Baikal Cossacks rose yesterday, inaugurating the revolution predicted last month. The commander representing the proposed new Government left Vladivostok for the interior ten days ago. Tho Cossacks rose somewhat prematurely, but the bulk of the Chita army is expected to kill the Commissars’ officers, joining the revolutionists within a few days. Neither Seniinofl nor other reactionary leaders were invited to join the movement. No press despatches regarding the Cossack revolt have reached Japan.
