DIVORCE WITH DAMAGES
A CHRISTCHURCH CASE. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, after a hearing extending over two days, James Smith, railway foreman of Christchurch was granted a dissolution of his marriage with Clara Maria Smith, on the ground of adultery and was awarded £SOO damages against the co-respondent, Frederick Williams, storekeeper and baker, of Christchurch.
