AMAZING PLANS REVEALED. SCHEME TO RESTORE OLD DYNASTIES. LONDON, Aug. 29. The Daily Express’s correspondent at Paris relates an amazing story of a widespread plot to restore the Bavarian, Russian and Austro-Hungarian dynasties. King Alfonso of Spain is reported to be negotiating on behalf of his relative, the ex-Empress Zita. It is understood that before returning to Spain he will interview President Millerknd. The success of the plot would create a Continental bloc, isolating Britain. The correspondent states that powerful French interests desire to make the franc the standard currency of Central Europe. Certain countries, particularly Poland, have undertaken not to oppose the move.—A. and N.Z. cable.
