CENSURE MOTIONS.
ELEVEN IN NINE WEEKS. ANOTHER DEFEAT RECORDED. MELBOURNE, Aug. 31. In the House of Representatives Mr Charlton moved a motion of censure on the Government’s maladministration of the war service homes. ■ It is the 11th censure motion in nine weeks. The motion was defeated by 30 votes to 22, the Country Party, with the exception of Messrs Jowett. Weinholt and Hunter, voting with the Labour Party. —Press Association.
