PREPARED TO FACE ELECTORS. OBSTRUCTION~OBJECTED TO. MELBOURNE, Aug. 19. Mr Hughes, at a meeting oi the Nationals, said the Government would tolerate no more censure motions or obstruction. The Ministry was prepared to face the electors alter the budget was passed unless the tactics were discontinued.—Press Association.
