Sir, —Will you permit me to call the Council’s attention to the poor quality of coke it is retailing at prices that have not been reduced. It might be good enough for use in mending roads but I cau guarantee il for cooking spoiling. My complaint is not singular as several of my friends have had a similar exjierience. Thanking yon in anticipation. I am, etc., HOUSEWIFE.
