THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for valuable and moderate breezes, south easterly moderate to strong, prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The night will probably lie very cold. Barometer little movement. Seas moderate. Tides poor.
