TOWN HALL PICTURES
A most exceptional drama, both for originality of plot and beauty offsetting will be shown at the Town Hall on Saturday night, commencing at 8 p.m. Claire Anderson and Niles Welch act together in this production, and the story is one of a beautiful woman who has never known her parents and who learns that she has inherited a high-class gambling house. Like a child with a new toy she plays with this dangerous thing for a time until she realises the sordid side of it. This is brought home to her with a vengeance when one of her clients who site has brought to ruin commits suicide. From there on the story is intensely gripping and you will not find a dull moment in it. Uusal prices will be charged.
