MANAWATU HUNT.

A most enjoyable meet of the Manawatu hounds was held at Foxton on Tuesday afternoon and yesterday morning, over Messrs Robinson Bros.’ property in the Lady’s Mile. The hunt was witnessed by a large number of interested spectators. The weather ca.nditions were ideal for the runs. The drag was' : laid the first day by Messrs RiversX>n “Mark Briggs” and P. Lingard on “Take Dofvn,” and on N the second day by Messrs A. Sexton on “Te Pei” and D. McCauley on “Stray Lad.” ‘There was only one minor mishap during the meet.
