'NOW UNDER. CONTROL. 1 ' Wellington, Last Night. The Secretary-General' of the Post Office, announces receipt at 0.10 to-night by radio of the following message from the steamer Southgate, via Chatham Island: “Made distress' call at 4.40 p.m. Greenwich mean time yesterday.
