The final for the Walton Rose Bowl (Ladies) resulted in a win for Mrs McMurray. The scores are: — Mrs McMurray (-5) 45, Mrs Moore (5) 32. The final for the Sherwood Trophy resulted in a win for Miss K. Barber and S. McDonnell. The scores are: —S. McDonnell 50, C. Procter 38; Miss K. Barber 40, Miss S. Barber (7) 34. Those players who do not play their games in the fourth round of the Combined Doubles by next Saturday, the 24th inst., must forfeit for the fifth round. Another dance under the auspices of the_Club will be held in the Masonic Hall to-morrow night. The supper will be in the capable hands of Misses Mackie and Wanklyn, and the music will be supplied by Larkins Orchestra. It is expected a number of the members of the Cabaret Club of Palmerston North will be. at the dance for ilie purpose of starting Fox Trotting in Foxton.
