LICENSING BREACHES
At the local S.M. Court on Friday, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., Darcy Robinson and Victor Betty were charged by the police with being on licensed premises after closing hours. Each accused, who did not appear, were convicted and fined £2 and costs 7s.
For supplying a prohibited person with liquor, John McGill was fined £1 and costs 7s and a further si mi-, lar charge against accused was dismissed. -
Lottie Walsh, charged by the police with procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order was convicted and fined £2 and costs 7s.
Harry Walsh, charged with procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order was defended by Mr Bergin and pleaded not guilty. After hearing evidence, the ease was dismissed.
