ON THE SOLOMON ISLANDS.

Foxton is to be favoured with a ,visit from an able missionary speaker in the person of. the Rev. W.JA. Sinclair on Thursday next. It is about twelve months since Mr Sinclair returned from the Solomon .Islands, and so has first hand knowledge of tl)e' work in this field. A recent opinion of one of Mr Sinclair’s meetings was expressed thus: “The very finest meeting of the kind I have ever attended.” Not only has Mr Sinclair a great, story to tell of the foreign field, but his lecture is

illustrated with a really magnificent set of lantern slides. All interested in Missions are most cordially invited .to attend Mr Sinclair’s meeting in the Methodist*Hall on Thursday evening at 7.30 pan. There will be no charge for admission.
