SEVEN-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT. The secretary of the local football club has received the following letter fi*oni the secretary of the Manawatu Football Union : “I have to advise you that the date for closing of nominations has been extended to Tuesday next, May 23rd, at 12 noon.' It is expected that this year’s competitions will be a. great success, and ray Union is looking forward to your Club nominating both Senior and Junior teams."”
