POLICE COURT

At the local Police Court yesterday, before Messrs A. Frazer and J. Chrystall, Js.P., Charles Lawson; arrested on Saturday night, was fined 10s for drunkenness, this being his second offence within six months, and a prohibition order was issued against him. Pot aka Hotcrini, arrested on Saturday night, pleaded guilty to having committed a grossly indecent act in Main Street, and was fined £5, in default one month!s imprisonment. ft was stated by Constable Owen that accused was fined for a similar offence a few months ago.
