FOOTBALLERS’ BALL
To celebrate the opening of the football season, a hall will be held, under the auspices of the local footballers, in the Town Hall to T morrow (Friday) evening. Larkin’s Jazz orchestra will provide the music. Special preparations will be made for a perfect floor while the catering will be in capable hands. Admission gents ss, ladies 3s. Onlookers will be admitted to the gallery at a charge of Is. A most enjoyable time is anticipated and visitors .are expected from the surrounding districts.
