Two brown fishing lines have been found. Notice is given by advertisement that the Plunket Nurse will he in Foxton as usual on Good Friday. The shops in Palmerston North will he open on Easter Saturday, closing at the usual hours. A social and dance will he held in the new hall, Orona Downs, on April 20th. Entries for Saturday’s mart sale are advertised, to-day. They, include furniture and household effects on account of Mrs S. Smith, who is leaving the district, and will be sold without, reserve. By advertisement, elsewhere in this issue, Messrs Bnglnss and Brewer, motor engineers, of Palmerston N., notify that they are agents for the Hupmobile ear. All classes of ears thoroughly and conscientiously overhauled, and accessories stocked.
