ROYAL PICTURES.
Two star features, will be screened at the 'Royal to-night. Shirley Mason, the Fox star, who is always sure of a hearty welcome, is appearing in “Ever Since Eve,” described as a “double-dealino- romance.” The story is fx-om the pen of Joseph E. Peat, and was originally published in Young’s Magazine’under the title “Concerning Chichine.” The other feature presents the two youthful stars of the William Fox family, Edna Murphy and Johnnie Walker, in “What Love Will Do,” which tells the story of the struggles of a youth who has lost faith in humanity, and the later influence of love in his life. When George M. Cohen wrote “Forty-Five Minutes from Broadway,” his ti-emendously popular comedy-drama, a pieturisation which has just been released by the Fix-st National with the popular cinema star, Charles Ray, in the title role, it was his intention to write the best play of his career; and when if was produced and later revived after eight years, Mr Cohen declared that he had succeeded in his purpose. This splendid picture, with Charles Ray at his best, comes to the Royal Theatre on Friday. Prices of* admission-will be as usual, 6d and Is Id.
