RIFLE SHOOTING.
For the Claris Bowl shoot held last Saturday, at 500 yards, the weather conditions were very good. There was a good light and very little wind. The scores were: —Ilamer 49, Head 49, C. Rand 48, Frankland 40-3-43. Hamer gains 3 points, Head 2 points, C. Rand 1 point. The totals now are: Hamer 7 points, Head 3, A. Barnard 3. Cull 2, McKegney 2, C. Rand 1. The last shoot for this trophy will be heid next Saturday, at 600 yards. Next Saturday’s shoot will conclude the trophy shooting for this season. Members may go out for practice shoots at any time by arrangement with the Secretary.
