Present: Messrs Hornblow (chairman), G. Coley, Perrean. Pears#*, Stevenson, and the headmaster (Mr Banks), * Resolved to abandon the picnic, and that the funds donated be placed on deposit and ear-marked for a picnic to be held at a future date, but any who required a refund could obtain same on application. The train arrangements were cancelled. The Chairman and Messrs Coley and Pearson were appointed a subcommittee, with power to act, in connection with cancellation of catering tender.
