TOWN HALL PICTURES.

\A shack in the Californian mountains, and a stately mansion in Alabama, are the chief backgrounds in “Desperate Youth,” Gladys Walton’s latest feature which will be the leading picture at the Town Hall tomorrow evening. It is the story of a little Californian mountain waif who,'on the death of her father, is sent to aristocratic relatives in Alabama, where she assumes the duties of a household Cinderella. And, like Cinderella, her beauty and charm finally bring her love and happiness after a period of many thrills. The second attractive feature on tomorrow night’s programme will he the Jewel special comedy, “Monkey Stuff,” featuring the educated monkey, Joe Martin. A news reel completes a good programme, at 6d and Is Id, children 3d. “The Great Air Robbery” is a big sensation coming very shortly.
