HIGH' COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 14th instant, reads: — Manila market remains quiet, quotations nominally unchanged. New Zealand easier, owing to the absence of demand from consumers; sellei-s quote high points spot £37 10s, January-March shipment £36 10s, fair £35 10s, £35 respectively.
