ROYAL PICTURES

In his latest picture, “The Last of His People,” Mitchell Lewis gives a characterisation as strong, if not stronger, than any of the many redblooded roles he has portrayed. “The Last of His People” is a virile story of the far north woods, with snowcapped bills providing a picturesque background. No actor of the screen knows the woods and hills better than Mitchell Lewis, and no actor is better qualified to enact a. powerful drama of love and adventure. This rugged, slmggy-hair-ed son of nature is a natural pfodnet of the wilds, with an inherent love for its beauty. Aside from a smooth running plot, and the singularly fine work of the star, “The Last of His People” comprises many fine features, not the least of them being a remarkably strong and capable east. This, together with excellent photography and beautiful scenic effects, marks “The Last of His People” the best Mitchell Lewis production of the past ■two years. This picture, with “The Branded- Four” as an extra, will be shown • to-morrow (Wednesday) night.
