Two rinks journeyed to Shannon yesterday to play the first round in the Pennant competition. The results were as under: —Bryant (s) 18, Shannon 21; AlcColl (s) Id, Shannon 22.
Two rinks from Terrace End Club visited Foxlon yesterday afternoon to play a fixture in the second round of the Pennant competition. The weather conditions were all that could he desired, and the condition of the green very satisfactory. After a very interesting afternoon's play the games ended in a win and a loss for both elubs, after two very even games, the decision being in doubt until the closing heads of each game. The following are the details: —
