A meeting of the Match Committee will be held at the Secretary’s residence to-night, at 8 o’clock. The business of the meeting is important.
The “A” team to represent Foxton against Longburn, on the home courts, on Saturday, 17th inst., is: Ladies. —Mrs McMurray, Miss McMurray, Miss McCormick, Miss G. Robinson, Mrs Moore, M:ss I. Robinson. Men. —Messrs C. Bryant, E. Jackson, R. Shaw, A. Bropliy, W. Ross, D. Robinson. Play will commence at 2 p.m. The “B” team to represent Foxton against Longburn, at Longburn, next Saturday, is: — Ladies: Misses Beard, K. Barber, I. Austin, S. Barber, R. Barber, G. Neylon. Men: S. McDonnell, K. Hirini, C. Procter, R. McMurray, A 7. Burr, C. J. Shaw.
Players arc requested to assemble at (lie courts not later than 12.30 p.m.
The result of the match again: Shannon, played yesterday, was .• win for Foxton by 30 games, tin sets being 10 all.
