The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 2Gth instant, reads: — Manila market inactive but steady. J grade, August-December shipments, quoted at £3B sellers. New Zealand market continues dull, consumers show no interest; sec-ond-hand sellers’ quotations unchanged.
