HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 12th iust., reads: —Manila market dull and unchanged. J grade, Augusl-October, OetoberDecember shipments, quoted at £3B. New Zealand market continues dull, consumers still show very little interest, small business done. Fair, November-January shipment, £34 I.os, otherwise no change.
