TOWN HALL PICTURES.
Maurice Tourneur’s production, “The Great Redeemer,” will be the big attraction at the Town Hall tonight. Produced by the famous Metro studios, and featuring House Peters and Marjory Daw, “The Great Redeemer” still further enhances the Metro company’s record. The earlier incidents in the film) which deal with the bandit’s adventurous career, are dashing and picturesque. The prison scenes are remarkable in their detail. The story deals with the life of Dan Malloy, daredevil bandit, who falls into a trap set, does a term in prison, is redeemed by a girl’s love, and becomes great in art circles. “Fair, hut False” (comedy), Topical Budget, and Moonriders nvill also be on to-night’s programme.
