ST. HELEN’S HOME.
The Mayor of Palmerston N. (Mr J. A. Nash, ALP.) has interviewed the Minister of Public Health in regard to the expenditure or investment of the money raised for the provision of a St. Helen’s Home at Palmerston North. The Alinister stated that he would prefer to interview the committee and discuss the whole position with them. He has promised to write Air Nash and inform him officially when it will be convenient for him to visit Palmerston North. —Times.
