The indications are for variable and strong breezes, easterly moder.ate to strong prevailing, and freshening and backing by east to north. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling again shortly. Seas moderate, tides poor.
