On Saturday the Foxlou Auctioneering Coy. will sellout the Mart, Avenue Road, pony, saddle and bridle, ducks, fowls, cockerels, chickens, totara posts, prime beef and mutton, fresh eggs, potatoes, onions, swedes, apples and sundries. The sale staris at 2 p.m. The Foxtoii Auctioneering Coy. have for sale, in lots to suit purchasers, all the mill buildings, cookhouse, men’s quarters, etc., in connection with the A tiki Flaxmilh Also the whole of the machinery and plant. Full particulars can be obtained on application. Elsewhere in this 'issue Mr Ki Easton notifies that he has purchased the Awa Downs Dairy and milk round from Mr W. S. Free, and solicits a continuance of the support accorded to his predecessor. The dairy will be under the supervision of Mr Easton, which will be sufficient guarantee that the milk supply will be of the best quality. The price will be (3d per quart, and 3§d per pint.
