SALVATION ARMY.

The local Salvation Army Hall was well filled with an appreciative audience last night, when an excellent concert programme was submitted in aid of the Corps funds. Captain Tong pre-ided, and at the conclusion thanked the performers and others who had assisted to make the concert such a success. Air Seollay also added a few words of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the band. Hie programme was as* follows :—March by Band; instrumental quartette, Alcssr- Betty, Walls, Osborne and (odder: dialogue.. Girl Guards; Hate mdo, Mi Morman; selection. Band; tableaux, “Rock of Ages,” Girl Guards; maitdolcne solo, Mrs Stuart: march. Band; quartette, instrumental: -.ong Capiain Tong; duet, instrumental. Messrs Betty and Walls; novelty. Captain Tong and Mr Seollay; selection, Band.
