GROWTH OF DOMINIONS
London, August 7. Mr Massey, in an article in the Sunday Times, says: “The work of constructing flic Empire is now proceeding upon lines which must take account of the nationhood of the Dominion. It is a stage in the Empire’s history when wisdom, foresight, and inspiration are most urgently required. Reconstruction is most important, for the growth of the Dominions will be rapid. They will have in a compnrajiyely few \ears resources in manhood.and developed wealth many limes greater than to-day. Willi Ibis power behind I hem they will push on vigorously towards the attainment of their ideals.
