A MOTOR ACCIDENT.

CAR CAPSIZES,

A motor car, driven by Miss Cameron, and also containing Mr and Mrs J. Cameron, of Levin, Mrs Thompson (sister of Mrs Cameron-, and Mr Jack Greatbach (brother to Mrs Robt. Bevan, of Manakau*, Capsized on the Ivuku x’oad, opposite the Roman Catholic Church, yesterday morning, while on the way to Mi Bevan’s sale at Manakau. It appears that the car, in swerving to allow one at the back to pass, capsized, with the result that Mrs Cameron and Mrs Thompson were pinned under the car, while the others were thrown clear. All were more or less severely shaken, but Mrs Cameron also had the misfortune to have an arm broken, Drs. Bryson and McDonald, of Levin, were quickly on the scene, and assisted by others, the party were attended to and afterwards taken to Levin. —Otaki Mail.
