FOXTON RIFLE CLUB.
A special general meeting of I lie above was held on Thursday night, to discuss and make arrangements for the annual ball this year. II was resojved that a plain ball be held on Tuesday, August 2nd. After much discussion, the prices of admission were fixed, and it wu* decided that tickets be sold by members of the Club. Mrs Head offered to form a ladies' committee to carry out- the entire catering, and this was gratefully accepted. A further meeting will be held next week to go into full details.
