COST OF LIVING.
That the cost, of living in Now Zealand is still high is known to the heads of many households. But that it is slowly receding is every day becoming more apparent. So far as the food groups are concerned, New Zealand ranks third lowest as regards percentage increase since July, 1914. The latest available figures show the increases per cent, since the outbreak of war to be as follows:
