Wo are indebted lo Mr A. Hawke, local postmaster, for the following details of Foxton’s rainfall for the month, and the comparative falls from January to May of this and last year.

During last: month rain fell on 10 days, the maximum fall being on the 7th, .52in. Total for the month, 1.24 in.
