Mr S. Hall, dentist, notifies by advertisement that he will visit Foxton on Wednesday only until after the 15th inst.
Mr W. O’Brien, Duncan Street, who is leaving the district, advert- 1 ises furniture for private sale, at his residence.
Messrs Abraham and Williams advertise entries for their next Foxton sale, to be held on Monday next, 6th inst., at 12.30 p.m.
The Foxton Beautifying Society invite tenders for ploughing, levelling and grassing Easton Park, and forming about two chains of roadway. Tenders close on Tuesday, 7th inst., at 4 p.m, Specifications may be seen at Mr M. E. Perreau’s. Entries for Saturday afternoon’s auction sale at the Mart, Avenue Road, are advertised to-day, and include fowls, roosters, ducks, potatoes, onions, vegetables, apples, furniture, and sundries, and a consignment of boots and shoes. Also farm-cured bacon and hams, am} several cooked hams (small). Further entries are solicited.
