The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 28th inst., reads: — Manila market dull and easier, J grade quoted, sellers, FebruaryApril s'hipment, £4l; May-July shipment, £3B? New Zealand market continues dull, with sellers, fair on spot, £36, buyers possibly £34 to £34 10s; value of high points about £3B. Offers from New Zealand much higher than these prices.
