FUTURE OF THE PORT OF FOXTON.

PUBLIC MEETING MONDAY

AFTERNOON

Messrs J. A. Nash, M.P., and member of the Foxton Harbour Board, and E. Grant Sim, will address a public meeting in the Town Hall on Monday afternoon on matters connected with the future welfare, of the local port, and the necessity for a regular shipping service. It is hoped that every one who can make it convenient to attend will do so, in order td'stiinulate interest in an endeavour to purchase a suitable steamei - , or the chartering of vessels to take up the running.
