Woodroofe (Tte Ara), Mrs Dagg (Masterton), Ife Pickering (Palmerston North), Mrs Cushing (Palmerston North)., Mr Herbert Woodroofe and Mr Walter Woodroofe (Foxtail). The grandchildren number 14,. His family presented him with it valuable gold watch, Mrs Woodroofe receiving a beautiful set of fox furs.
All the members of the family, and about 80 friends, entertained Mr and Mrs Woodroofe at their residence on Wednesday night. Music and song preceded a sumptuous repast, at which Mrs Woodroofe cut", the wedding cake amidst great,cheering and applause. .1
