HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner's cable, dated 30th ultimo, reads: — Manila market remains firm but quiet, no doubt owing to continuance of eoal trouble J value of J grade, March-May, April-June shipments, about £4l. New Zealand market lifeless; nominal value April-June shipment high points £4O, fair £37. Reports received state that spot high.points sold at £4O, fair £35 10s.
