Tiiere was a good attendance at the Fox (on Auctioneering Company's regular weekly mart sale on Saturday afternoon last, and practically everything submitted under ilie hammer was sold. There'was a good demand for choice dessert apples, and these sold at 9s per bushel case. Potatoes realised from 8s to 8s (id per owl., and there was a good inquiry for onions, a real good sample being submitted and sold at 13s per owt. Other vegetables also sold well at fairly reasonable prices. A pen of fowls were submitted, and were disposed of at 3s each. Furniture, linoleum, tools, and sundries also sold well. There is a good inquiry for furniture, etc. For next Saturdays’ sale there will be a good supply of fruit, and vegetables, also pigs, fowls, gig, furiture, fools, and sundries. Further entries arc solicited.
