ADULTERATED MILK

Christchurch, March 31. Harold Rushworth, a retail dairyman, was recently fined £2O for selling adulterated milk. To-day he proceeded against James Leonard Parish, the wholesale dairyman from whom he bought the milk, to recover thq, amount of the fine and costs, and £2O damages. Mr McCarthy, S.M., reserved his decision.
