Claris (not out) 16; Walton, 0; Walls, 0. Total, 98. A further innings, with a. change of personnel, resulted: Huntley, 4; McKnight, 32; Nye (not out), 42; Reeves, 29; AY. Claris, 8. Total 120. R, Reay, 4; H. Wright, 0; 11. J. Claris, 20; Reay senr., 4; Walton, 2: Stevenson (not out), 18. Total, 48. ' a practice strike will be held at Victoria Park on Thursday evening, commencing about 5 p.m. Donations from players towards defraying cost of material and tho purchase of further requirements are now* coining, in fairly freely. A fair sum is yet required, and those who have not yet contributed are requested to do so as soon as possible. •
