PATRIOTIC FUNDS STOLEN.
Dunedin, Feb. 25. Theophilus La Monthe Ralfe, who had pleaded guilty at Camara to four charges of theft, came up for sentence to-day. The money involved, which was taken from patriotic funds; totalled £OBO, and prisoner had paid hack £2OO. Sentence of three years’ imprisonment was imposed.
