ROYAL PICTURES.
From the gorgeous splendour of Buckingham Palace to the mysterious depths of Oriental Limehou.se, the changing scenes of “The Lone Wolfe's Daughter” pass by in dazzling lavishness. Wonderful gowns that set the fashion for all welldressed women tire worn by Louise Glaum, the scintillating star of this great production, from Louis Vance’s great story, and to he. shown at the Royal to-night. Notable for its lavish and beautiful settings, this production affords real thrills, a consistent and interesting romance, and entertaining possibilities far beyond denial. Few pictures have been seen as magnificently produced. “Smashing Barriers” will he shown as an extra. On 'Monday another double Fox programme will be shown, including “Would You Forgive?” Vivian Rich enacts the role of a woman suffering from the narrow-minded persecution of her husband, a victim of unwarranted .suspicion. The story reveals vast opportunities for the play of emotion, and it is said that Vivian Rich has made the most •of these. She is supported by Tom Chatterton in the role of husband. “The Shark,” the second Fox feature, stars George Walsh. The, story tells how a human “beast of the sea” is tamed by his love for a helpless girl. Many of the intensely interesting scenes take place on shipboard. They show the tremendous. power of a man who ruled his crew by "brute force, and to whom a human life was as nothing. It is' said that George Walsh, surpasseshimself in the daring of his action in this play.
